The Writer’s Room

The Writer’s Room is a bi-monthly online space for screenwriters to connect, learn, and create together. It’s a supportive community where writers can work on their projects, share ideas, and get feedback in a relaxed and creative environment.

Open to all LITS members, the Writer’s Room is designed to fit around your schedule—drop in and out as you like.

The focus is on forming a community where members can share ideas, give and receive feedback, and work on their scripts and writing process. In the main room, writers can present their work for feedback from both the host and their peers. These sessions include a mix of writing exercises, member presentations, live write-alongs etc, and are very much a co-creation between the host and the members.

For more focused work, the breakout rooms offer a space to collaborate in smaller groups, share ideas, or just hang out and write alongside others. Members also get access to our Writer’s Room WhatsApp group, where you can chat, share work, and stay connected.

The Writer’s Room is all about creating a consistent, engaged community of screenwriters who can support each other, grow as writers, and keep each other accountable—while also having fun.

You also have the option of including 1-2-1 hour long script mentoring sessions with Timur in your subscription at a discount to discuss your projects in more depth and really get it moving.
